About Me
On a quest to find and build solutions that bridge the dimensions of personal, family, work, and community management effectively in order to drive innovation and productivity while creating healthy families and inspiring futures. My personal mission is the conscious evolution of the tools, processes and culture of these solutions.
I’ve worked in tech for the last 15 years, creating websites, web apps and databases that serve as the backbone for communication and collaboration in growing organizations. I cofounded Innovation for People and serve as Chief Technologist combining technology, strategy, and human passion with systems thinking, servant leadership, and a contagious vision.
Agile and and lean are fun, whether on a bike or building software. I’m an outside the box thinker, weaver, and believer in open source collaboration. With 5 years living outside the US and a decade of virtual team leadership experience, cross-cultural perspectives and clear communication are keys to this path. Storytelling is the preferred channel, though lightning talks, conference speaking and conversations over yerba mate or a beer (especially homebrews!) are also favorites. Favorite activities includes aerial play (especially the traveling rings in Santa Monica), biking, and being in the outdoors.
